Amicus Briefs

Home / Areas of Law / Amicus Briefs

EBCALA has provided a voice for the autism community in landmark judicial proceedings. It filed the first amicus brief in the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a vaccine-related case in Cedillo v. HHS and filed amicus briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court at the certiorari and merits stages in Bruesewitz v. Wyeth. EBCALA will continue to serve as a legal voice for the autism community in significant judicial decisions.
